A.S. Model Public School: Withdrawal Policy

Understanding Our Withdrawal Process

At A.S. Model Public School, we recognize that there may be circumstances that lead a family to withdraw their child from our school. This page outlines our withdrawal policy to ensure a smooth transition for both the student and the school.

Withdrawal Notification:

If you are considering withdrawing your child, we kindly ask that you notify the school office in writing at least one month before the beginning of the next quarter. Here's a breakdown of the deadlines:

  • Withdrawal for 1st Quarter: Notification by February 29th
    • Withdrawal for 2nd Quarter: Notification by May 31st
      • Withdrawal for 3rd Quarter: Notification by August 31st
        • Withdrawal for 4th Quarter: Notification by November 30th

          Please note: Timely notification is crucial to ensure accurate fee calculations.

          Fee Implications:

          • We operate on a quarterly fee cycle. There are no refunds for the current quarter in which the withdrawal occurs.
            • Withdrawal requests received after the deadlines mentioned above will result in a charge for the entire next quarter's fees in addition to the current quarter's fees.

              Transfer Certificate:

              • All outstanding fees must be settled before we can issue your child's Transfer Certificate (TC). The TC is required for enrollment in a new school.
